Your future as a restaurant manager

After three terms of full-time studies, you should be able to run a small restaurant operation on your own or work for a large restaurant at middle management level. You will receive solid practical and theoretical training and be able to apply your skills to an area of interest to you depending on your own ambitions and wishes. For example, you will be able to get a job within a marketing, accounting or human resources department.

Good prospects

This programme was set up on the initiative of the restaurant industry. There is a great need for trained staff and the potential for employment following graduation is assessed to be excellent.

Everything you need

The programme includes three terms of full-time studies, of which one third consists of Work Place Training (WPT) at different restaurants. During the course you will also complete a large project, based on a real-life situation, where you and your fellow students take over and run a fictitious restaurant. The aim of the project is to link the content of the different course components and increase the students’ awareness of the financial flows in a company.

The range of courses covers everything from business administration and marketing to management and leadership in order to provide you with a solid basis for your future career.
